Need to temporarily pause your monthly membership? Holds are available for up to 3 months. Holding preserves your current rate and avoids re-enrollment fees if you return.

HOLD DETAILS

• Members may request a Hold on their Monthly Membership to pause their membership privileges. Holds are not available for Annual Memberships.
• In order to qualify for a Membership Hold, Member must not have any outstanding dues or fees.
• Membership Holds are available in one (1), two (2), and three (3)-month increments with a maximum of one (1) hold per calendar year.
• Membership Hold requests must be submitted no later than the twenty-fifth (25th) of the month to be effective for the following month. Membership Hold requests submitted after the first (1st) of the month will not be effective until the following month. Membership Hold requests will not be done retroactively.
• Membership Holds will start on the first day of a given month and end on the last day. No partial month holds are available.
• Member will be charged a monthly five-dollar ($5) hold fee in place of the monthly Membership Dues. The hold fee will be electronically collected automatically.
• Membership privileges and electronic collection of Membership Dues will resume automatically on the Membership Reactivation Date.
• The Membership Hold cannot be used in place of a Membership Termination.
• If you choose to terminate your Monthly Membership within the duration of the hold, the standard 30-day written membership termination notice is required.
